Salgadeiras Arte Contemporânea once again participates in ArteSantander with the curatorial proposal “Projecto para uma poética do movimento”, which suggests a relationship between the works of Cláudio Garrudo and Daniela Krtsch, centered around movement, dance, and music.

The title draws from the epigraph of “Livro da Dança” (“Book of Dance”) by Gonçalo M. Tavares, a 2001 essay on the body / non-body, and its relationship with space / emptiness, breath, and suspension. In this book, the author states that the history of dance should be “the Path of Movements Traced in the Air,” and it is within this scenic, choreographic idea that these two contemporary artists meet.
